Sunset Renovation

Located in Trinidad, this two-storey residence underwent a full renovation to transform a previously enclosed and segmented layout into an open, light-filled home. With four en suite bedrooms, a ground floor powder room, and a dedicated office, the renovation focused on reconfiguring the core living spaces for flow, function, and connection.

Walls were removed to create a seamless open plan between the kitchen, living, and dining areas -enhancing both movement and natural light. New sliding glass doors now open directly onto a custom-built pool deck, creating a strong indoor-outdoor connection ideal for both everyday living and entertaining.

The design direction centered around a clean, neutral palette and timeless finishes delivering a bright, welcoming environment that feels calm, modern, and effortlessly liveable.
