Toute Bagai

Located in Millennium Heights, Barbados, Toute Bagai is a 2,300 square foot home designed to feel open, effortless, and rooted in Caribbean lifestyle. The layout includes an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space, a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, two additional bedrooms with a shared bath, and a flexible studio office accessible from both interior and exterior.

A south-facing covered porch and a series of verandahs wrap the home, drawing from vernacular Caribbean architecture while encouraging indoor-outdoor flow. The design embraces traditional elements like fretwork, wood siding, and wind blocks, reinterpreted with clean lines and a contemporary sensibility.

Lush landscaping featuring climbing bougainvillea and layered greenery reinforces the connection between architecture and nature—introducing privacy, softness, and a biophilic calm to the everyday experience.

Toute Bagai honors the character of Caribbean homes while offering a modern, intentional take on island living. The project is expected to break ground in late 2025.
